Double Swivel Clips

The Ellis double swivel type clips are designed to be screwed loosely to the wall prior to the installation of the pipe.

Once the pipe is in place (with the lid parallel to the pipe run) the lid is swivelled through 90° and the screw tightened up to fix the pipes permanently.
